Your apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and is 1400 square feet. You have a separate entrance with parking directly in front of your door. The property is tranquil and feels like it is in the country, but is only twenty minutes from downtown and ten minutes from the Summit shopping mall. There is a covered patio leading up to your door. Keyless entry leads you into your open living area with a 70-inch LCD smart television with an Amazon Fire Stick, couch, coffee table, and a stocked coffee bar with both regular and decaf. As you walk further into your living space, you have a dining table with seating for four as well as a desk with a monitor and cables to connect a PC, a comfortable office chair, and complimentary Wi-Fi. As you turn the corner, you will enter the kitchenette with a full-size stainless-steel GE stove and microwave, full-size side-by-side stainless steel KitchenAid refrigerator, sink, island, and a full set of pots and pans to prepare any meal you like. You have a full-size front-loading Whirlpool washer and dryer for your use. The first bedroom has a queen bed and an LCD wall-mounted TV with an Amazon Firestick, dresser, and closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and toys for your little ones. Your full bath has a curved shower rod for extra space with a shower/bath combination. Welcome to our home. We welcome weekend rentals for those in town for events, family gatherings or just a relaxing weekend away. Our home is very comfortable, all one level, no steps at all, Garage parking, and Green Egg for grilling. You will find our home very well furnished with high end beds and bedding as well as a mix of antiques. Many have commented on our collection of original art as one of their favorite things about staying with us. We offer all king beds in 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a huge and luxury master bath with separate soaking tub and double granite vanities. The other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath with separate vanity areas for each bedroom. The kitchen is HUGE. With gas cooktop as well as an island. The soaring ceiling in the entry reminds you of a gallery with original art work complimenting all walls. We are in a garden home community, however, the back deck is private with well placed evergreen trees.
